WORLDS 2023 PLAY-INS LIVE EVENT POLICY

Access to the arena is allowed 1 hour before the start of the game.

※ The operating hours may be adjusted based on the on-site situation.

The tickets are valid only for the date displayed on the mobile ticket and can not be purchased on-site.

Upon entry or re-entry to the venue, you may be required to provide identification upon request. If you do not comply with the identity verification process or are unable to verify your identity, your access to the arena may be restricted. To ensure a smooth entry into the arena, please bring your identification with you.

For safety reasons and to enhance the viewing experience, canned and bottled beverages are not permitted inside the arena.

(Also, foods with a strong odor are not permitted inside the arena.)

Any copyright-infringing activity, such as video recording and audio or video streaming, is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the arena. If caught engaging in such activities, you will be asked to delete any recordings and leave the venue immediately.

We have scheduled an online broadcast (streaming) on game days. Kindly note that filming equipment may cause some inconvenience during the game, and the online broadcast may include footage of spectator’s voice and faces.

Riot Games International, Riot Games Korea and LCK reserve the right to use the audio and image rights of spectators appearing in photographs or videos taken during the game for marketing and promotional purposes. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms and conditions.

Spectators are strictly prohibited from bringing and displaying any installations (banners, signage, and all kinds of creations) in the arena with the intention of slandering or degrading others or for political, religious, or commercial purposes. Country flags are also not allowed. In the event of a violation, the organizers reserve the right to request the arbitrary storage of such installations until the end of the match. Failure to comply with this directive will result in immediate expulsion from the arena without warning.

The organizers reserve the right to immediately eject any individual without warning or hold them liable for civil or criminal violations, including but not limited to prohibitions on this event and interfering with the work of the operation staff.

Falling to comply with any of the above regulations is at your own risk. Non-compliance will result in your ticket becoming void and non-refundable, and you will be denied entry to the premises, additionally, individuals who persistently break the regulations may be subjected to restrictions on their future visits.
