Celebrate Pride 2026!

Celebrate Pride and the community with us!

We’re back after a year of new TFT sets, a Darkin entering the Rift, and so much more! And through whatever highs and lows that have come and gone for you this year, we hope that League of Legends and Teamfight Tactics have been a welcoming place to be you, play with friends, and make sick plays (ofc). 2026 also marks our sixth year celebrating Pride and our ninth year supporting, with in-game Icons, homeguard trails, emotes, and more. For this year, we’re back with some freebies, but if you wanna know more about what Riot Games as a company and brand is doing, be sure to check out the Riot blog releasing June 1st! Past that, be sure to check out our social channels during June as we’re working with a few awesome LGBTQ+ artists for a few pieces being released throughout the month.

For the rest of this piece, we’ll be going over the in-game missions and free content dropping into League and TFT on May 28th just after both games patch.

LEAGUE OF LEGENDS

League of Legends kicks things off with the launch of Patch 26.11, with an event that will go till Patch 26.13 ends. On the Rift, we’ve got two new Pride emotes and the return of all our past Pride content. That means homeguards, emotes, and icons from previous years.

These three definitely know how to get through a teamfight together.

For those who need to hear it, there’s a rainbow fish in the sea just waiting to be caught by you.

Both emotes will be available in the store for 1 Blue Essence.

There will also be a mission to help you advance your Battle Pass, obtainable by joining in the prideful fun with friends. It’s worth noting that this mission will only be active for the first patch of Pride, 26.11.

In addition to the new emote, we’ve got a few returning items from the past. They’ll be 1 Blue Essence a piece.

Returning Summoner Icons will also activate Pride trails for 26.11, 26.12, and 26.13. You can pick those Icons up in the shop for 1 Blue Essence for the whole bundle of joy—errr Pride! Check out the list here: Prismatic Pengu Icon, Cotton Candy Pengu Icon, Galactic Pengu Icon, Sunset Pengu Icon, Twilight Pengu Icon, Primary Pengu Icon, Sherbert Pengu Icon, Mint Pengu Icon.

With that, let’s portal on over to the Convergence (TFT)!

TEAMFIGHT TACTICS

TFT’s Pride missions start on the same patch as League’s, 26.11, over in TFT we call that Patch 17.4. The patch brings two missions that activate May 28th and go until June 30th to complete them!

We’ve got a new Emote for TFT that was designed collectively from our Queer devs for Shork. Maybe you’ll notice some references, but regardless, it’s as cute as a flying Shork can be.

Our new Shork emote, Happy Gills, will be available in the Rotating Store for 50 Realm Crystals and our other returning Prideful content will be available via the following missions:

Note: These are all different missions, but they will complete all with
the same task to provide all Fireworks Booms and 50 Realm Crystals.

In case you missed them, our Pride Booms return to give even more reason to take pride in your victory. As a reminder, Pride Trails are active all year on TFT whenever you equip a corresponding Pride Boom.

TFT will also be included in the Twitch Pride Guild’s tournament, so be sure to catch us then and there!

Whether you’re portaling through the Convergence or taking to the Rift, from all of us at Riot Games, have a terrific Pride!
